Mid Atlantic Innkeepers is excited to offer this one-day seminar about bed and breakfast innkeeping. This seminar will acquaint aspiring and those new to innkeeping with the business of innkeeping and what it takes to start and run a B&B.

This year we are planning a special session for innkeepers of SMALL B&B's and for NEW Innkeepers  (those that are in their first 4 years of operations and may never have had an opportunity to attend a good aspiring innkeeper session). 

The Morning Session will delve into: "What am I getting myself into?"  "Is it for me?"  Trends of the industry. Finding and buying the right property. And, the perspective necessary to help you decide whether innkeeping is for you.

The Afternoon Session  will be geared to the A, B, C's of Marketing and Running your Inn and the Economic Realities of Innkeeping. This session will be very beneficial to Innkeepers of Small Inns as well as New Innkeepers and Aspiring Innkeepers.

Aspiring Innkeepers and New Innkeepers are encouraged to remain for the entire Mid Atlantic Innkeepers Trade Show & Conference.

An additional fee of $125 per person covers the cost of the full conference.
