Exhibitors must have their own liability insurance. Neither Mid Atlantic Innkeepers nor Colonial Williamsburg shall be responsible for loss or damage occurring to the Exhibitor or the Exhibits.

_________________________ (The Exhibitor) assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor's activities on the Hotel's premises, covenants not to sue and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mid Atlantic Innkeepers, the Hotel, and its parent corporation, as well as their respective trustees, directors, officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and the Colonial Williamsburg Company are third party beneficiaries of this indemnification.

and breakdown no earlier than 2:00pm on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.

Exhibitors Page in the order in which your completed application is received.

Cancellation Policy: Fee will be refunded if Cancellation is received prior
to November 15, 2011. There will be a $35 Fee charged for ANY cancellation.
