Mid Atlantic Innkeepers is excited to offer this one-day seminar about how to open a bed and breakfast. This seminar will acquaint aspiring and new innkeepers with the business of innkeeping, what it takes to start and run a B&B, and to  provide the perspective necessary to help you decide whether innkeeping is for you.
The Inn-depth Inn-keeping Seminar is presented by a cadre of experienced innkeepers and innbrokers from the Eastern United States.
The seminar provides an overview of the industry, its development and trends. The economic realities of innkeeping will be discussed along with the business and marketing plans required for a successful venture. The various sources of financing will be examined, as well. A panel of innkeepers will participate in a spirited Question & Answer discussion to conclude the seminar.

Aspiring Innkeepers are encouraged to remain for the entire Mid Atlantic Innkeepers Trade Show & Conference.
An additional fee of $100 per person covers the cost of the full conference.
