Exhibitor must have their own liability insurance. Neither Mid Atlantic Innkeepers nor The Homestead shall be responsible for loss or damage occurring to the Exhibitor or the Exhibits. The Exhibitor assumes responsibility and liability for any and all losses, damages, and claims arising from Exhibitor’s activities at The Homestead and agrees to hold harmless The Homestead and Mid Atlantic Innkeepers and their agents from any such claims, losses or damages.

and breakdown no earlier than 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2009.

Exhibitors Page in the order in which your completed application is received.
Cancellation Policy: Fee will be refunded if Cancellation is received
prior
to November 15, 2008.There will be a $35 Fee charged for ANY cancellation.
